Refund policy

Return Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged skateboards. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cairoskateboards.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original skateboard and place a new order.
